PLATO is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead Canada’s largest Indigenous-owned software testing and technology services company. Founded in 1997, PLATO has built a strong reputation for delivering technology services to clients across North America while creating meaningful technology careers for First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples. Today, approximately 35% of the organization’s workforce identifies as First Nations or Métis.

The successful candidate will guide a growing national organization through its next phase of growth, helping build on a strong commercial foundation while advancing PLATO’s commitment to Indigenous employment, workforce development, and economic reconciliation.
