Pathways Executive Search is pleased to welcome Dr. Mike DeGagné as an Executive Advisor to our practice.

Mike brings decades of leadership experience across Indigenous governance, post‑secondary education, reconciliation, and institution building. He was most recently President and CEO of Indspire, supporting and investing in the education of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis learners across Turtle Island, and has previously served as President of both Nipissing University and Yukon University.

As Executive Advisor, Mike will support Pathways’ work across post‑secondary executive search and advisory engagements, governance and board‑related work, and internal learning. His perspective as a senior Indigenous leader — grounded in lived experience, scholarship, and national‑level leadership — will strengthen Pathways’ ability to support clients navigating complex leadership, governance, and reconciliation‑related mandates.
